HOME INSPECTION RATES

  • Home and Pest Inspection (up to 2,000 sq. feet) -- $350

  • Home and Pest Inspection (2,000- 3,000 sq. feet) -- $400

  • Home and Pest Inspection (3,000- 5,000 sq. feet) -- $450

  • Homes over 5,000 sq. feet, please call for estimate

  • WDO (wood destroying organism) Pest Inspection Only with report -- $175

  • Crawlspace Inspections -- $125

A service charge of $25 will be applied for homes built prior to 1960.

INFRARED SERVICE RATES

  • Energy Efficiency Scan w/ Home and Pest Inspection -- $125

  • Complete Infrared Inspection (energy efficiency, electric and heating system scans) With detailed report -- $350

  • Home Energy Evaluation (A complete energy audit with detailed report and recommendations for cost-effective upgrades) -- $450

  • Infrared Consultation -- Call for estimate.

 

10 % Discount for Multiple Inspections
